COVID-19 Community Assessment Survey

We hope this email find you and your loved ones well.  COVID-19 has absolutely affected the way we live our daily lives and many of us could use some form of assistance.  The Black & Latino LGBTQ Coalition is working to find out what type of assistance our community needs. Please click on the link below to complete the COVID-19 Community Assessment Survey.

We need as many responses as possible so we can show the need in our community and work with elected and city officials on your behalf to help bring needed services to our area.
